My 9 Year old grandson who lives with us has been fascinated by Stationary Engines at the Dorset steam fair for the last 4 years and has finally persuaded us to get an engine for him to restore and show.

We have now acquired a Lister D engine which we have finally got running, and a domestic pump to attach to it as he is adamant that he wants it to pump water.
